Add everyone who is taking part, optionally list pairs who should not draw each other (couples, siblings), and press Draw. Everyone gives to exactly one person and receives from exactly one person, and nobody draws themselves. It runs in your browser and nothing is saved or sent.
Tip: to keep it a real secret, draw with the screen hidden, then show each person only their own row. Use "Hide / show results" to blur the list.
The tool shuffles the names and checks every pairing against your exclusion list. If a valid arrangement exists it keeps trying random shuffles until it finds one (up to several thousand attempts). If it reports no solution, your exclusions are too tight; remove one and try again. Because it is random, pressing Draw again gives a new result.
Tips for a smooth gift exchange
Agree the budget before the draw and say it clearly in the invitation.
Ask each person for two or three wishes or interests. It makes shopping easier and avoids duds.
Check dietary or personal preferences first: halaal, vegetarian, allergies, no scented products.
Set a delivery date a few days before the event so late gifts do not spoil the fun.
